At Wiley X, we stand behind our high-performance gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items do not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Initiate the Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email to ensure your return is tracked and secure.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, including all cases, cleaning cloths, and accessories, then securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
